This product is universal, in that it will work with all Clearview Towing mirrors that can accommodate this feature. Please contact our sales team for any assistance.
The Power-Fold Upgrade Wiring Kit is designed to upgrade the folding of the side mirror from manual by hand to powered by control switch inside the vehicle.
This kit includes the wiring and control switch required to install and make operational power-folding Clearview Towing Mirrors when replacing manually folding OEM side mirrors.
This kit requires the purchase of Clearview Towing Mirrors with the power-fold feature to work correctly. It will not upgrade an existing set of manually folding Clearview Towing Mirrors.
This kit is not for powered mirror glass adjustment upgrades. Please refer to ‘Clearview Electric Kit’ for more information.
This kit does not enable an auto-fold feature, whereby the mirror automatically folds in/out to/from the vehicle on the ignition or locking/unlocking the car. Please refer to the auto-fold module for more information on this feature.
The correct kit is included when purchasing power-folding Clearview Towing Mirrors to suit a Toyota Land Cruiser 70 Series. Please do not order this kit if you have purchased one of these items.
IMPORTANT: Installation requires a significant amount of hard wiring. We recommend this is done by an Auto Electrician.
